You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
There are times in life when things can feel overwhelming, confusing or simply difficult to understand. You might be struggling with anxiety, relationships, loss, self-esteem, life changes or patterns that you keep finding yourself caught in.
Counselling can provide a space to stop, reflect and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface.
What brings people to counselling?
People come for many different reasons. You don’t need a label, or to know exactly what’s wrong. You might be experiencing:
- Addiction
- Anxiety or feeling overwhelmed
- Low self-esteem or self-worth
- Difficult relationships
- Loss, grief or major life changes
- Shame or feeling “not good enough”
I’m Grant, a counsellor based in Cheltenham.
My interest in counselling comes from a belief that people are much more than the difficulties they are experiencing.
I offer a space where you can explore things at your own pace, without judgement.
Grant CraydenHow I workCounselling isn’t about trying to “fix” someone. It’s about creating a relationship where you can feel heard, understood and safe.
