Who I am

What I collect
When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, phone number if given, and anything you choose to tell me. If we work together I keep brief session notes. Information about your mental health is “special category” data, and I treat it with extra care.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and provide counselling, and meet my professional and legal obligations. I never sell your information or use it for marketing.
Confidentiality
What you share in counselling stays confidential. The rare exceptions, such as a serious risk of harm to you or others, or a legal requirement, will be explained at our first session. I discuss my work, without identifying you, in clinical supervision, as the BACP requires.
How long I keep it
