Cheltenham TherapySpace to understand. Space to be.

My interest in counselling comes from a belief that people are much more than the difficulties they are experiencing. Behind our behaviours, thoughts and emotions there are often experiences, relationships and patterns that have developed over many years.

I offer a space where you can explore these things at your own pace, without judgement.

My approach is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred and relational counselling, and other therapeutic perspectives where they may help us understand your experience.

For me, counselling isn’t about trying to “fix” someone. It’s about creating a relationship where you can feel heard, understood and safe enough to explore parts of yourself that may previously have been difficult to understand.
